For circumstances where it is not possible to treat in person, I offer online consults. During the initial appointment, we will go over your health history and I will gather information to develop a care plan for you which may include lifestyle and diet recommendations as well as self acupressure tutorials. This appointment can be followed by additional online support sessions with the option to receive herbal formulas via the mail. In addition to my specialities of menstrual health and fertility, these consults can address immune support, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and more.
